HEFLO is a BPM platform that saves everything on the cloud (diagrams, automation configuration, process instances etc). You don’t need to install anything, and you can access the information and diagrams from anywhere at anytime.

After editing your diagram, click on the Cloud icon at the top side to save everything.

Some information, such as form settings, are saved when you close de edit dialog and you don’t need to take care about saving. Also, in the process editor if you don’t do anything for a short period, HEFLO saves everything automatically.

Important: After saving the diagram, the Undo log is cleared, then it will not be possible to revert last modifications.
