HEFLO allows you to add attachments from your portal on work items you have created.

1. Go to the portal.
2. Go to “My Requests”.
3. Select the relevant work item.
4. Go to the tab: “conversations”.
5. Add the desired attachment.
6. The attachment will then be accessible in the work item by all executors concerned by this work item.
