HEFLO gives you access to a command to archive elements that are no longer used in your environment.

This command is available for different types of information: Participants, Process Fields, Message Templates and Web services.

1. Go to the process editor.
2. Click on the view icon.
3. Go to the type of information you are interested in among these options: Participants, Process Fields, Message Templates and Web services.
4. You have a new command to see only items that are active, and you have the option to see all items.
5. To archive an item, simply click on the pencil icon, and edit the item concerned. To learn more about how to archive a process: Archive a process.
