How to invite someone to use the portal feature

You have to invite all people that will view the process documentation on the portal. Publishing your processes on the portal is an exclusive feature of the professional plan, but your invitees don’t need this plan to access it. It’s only required that you configure their profiles to have exclusive access to the portal. Check how to do that:

  1. Go to the environment management page.
  2. On the page “Manage Environment”, click “Invite Users”.
  3. Select the role “User only portal”.
  4. Enter the email of the new user.
  5. Click “Send Invitation”.

Then, the users will receive an email with a link. After clicking on the link, they have to create a user or, if the user already has an account, provide their credentials (username and password).
