In the portal, HEFLO now gives the option to view work items as a list or as cards.

1. Go to the “Portal”.
2. Click on “My Requests”.
3. By default, you access the list of work items with a format similar to that of the task list in the workspace. You have access to the classic information available in the portal.
4. You can add/remove columns in this list.
5. You can change the order of the columns.
6. You can change the viewing mode, and switch to “cards” mode.

The cards will then take up the information you want to display. You can also add/remove information.

The order of the information will be similar to that defined in the viewing mode: “list”.
