Subscription directly through HEFLO

This case applies if you have taken out a HEFLO subscription using the red cart icon:

In this case, the user who made the purchase can retrieve the invoices concerning the subscription:

1. You must access the “Subscriptions” page in the “Manage Environment” section.
   
   
2. Click on this icon to access your invoices.
   
3. Click on this icon to add licenses to your subscription:
   

For information: the invoice is automatically sent by e-mail each month to the e-mail address of the user who made the subscription.
