Force the execution of a timer and conditional type event

HEFLO allows you to force the execution of intermediate and boundary events of timer and conditional type during your tests. This gives you the ability to test your process without having to wait for configured timeouts or conditions.

  1. Go to the process editor and choose the process you want to test.
  2. Right-click on your initiator event to start your test work item.
  3. Once your test element is on a timer or conditional intermediate or boundary event, then exit your test element.
  4. Right-click on the event concerned and click on “force”.
  5. Click on the relevant test element.

From then on, when you return to your test element, it will be on the activity following the timer or conditional intermediate or boundary event.
