HEFLO gives you the possibility to bookmark certain automated processes to facilitate your search when creating work items.

1. Create a new work item from the shortcut on the home page or from your task list.
2. Click the star next to the process to bookmark it.
3. From then on, the selected processes will appear in the favorites tab.
