In your environment, you can edit multiple users at once to manage their roles, block/unblock their access, or remove them from the environment.

Steps to edit multiple users:

1. Navigate to the “Users and Authorization” Page
   • Go to the “Manage Environment” menu and select the “Users and Authorization” page.
2. Select users
   • In the “Users” tab, hold the “Ctrl” key on your keyboard and click to select the users you want to edit. Once selected, additional options will appear.

• Add or remove a role
  1. Click this button to assign a new role to the selected users.
  2. To remove an existing role, click this button .
• Block or unblock users
  1. Click this button   to restrict access for the selected users.
