You can customize the automated emails sent by HEFLO with your organization’s name. This includes, for example:

• user invitation emails,
• password recovery emails,
• default deadline alerts,
• status update notifications sent to requesters regarding the progress of their request.

To enable this feature, go to your environment management settings and enter your organization’s name in the ‘Organization’ field.
