HEFLO allows you to create a recent items list on your work item conversations and emails.

1. Go to the page that will contain the widget.
2. Switch to edit mode.
3. Add a widget type: “Recent Items”.
4. Edit the widget.
5. Choose “Conversations” in query.
6. You can choose the processes and the people responsible involved.
7. Set widget formatting.
8. You can click directly on the item to find the conversation or email corresponding to this work item.
