HEFLO gives you the ability to clone a work item. The purpose of this action is to create a new work item in the same process with the information that was provided in the first task.

1. Create or choose the work item you want to clone.
2. Click on the “three dots” at the top right of the work item.
3. Click “clone”.

From then on, a new work item will be created with the information that was filled in the original work item’s first task.

If you clone the work item while it is at a task later than the first, then the new cloned work item will fall back to the first task with the information that was provided in the first task of the original work item.

Warning: The new cloned work item starts a new instance, so you have to “save” or click on “next” to validate the creation of this new work item.
