Automatically send personalized emails

You can automatically send pre-configured messages to your users to send them information adapted to your needs. It is advisable to use this method for the transmission of important information or to inform users who do not access HEFLO frequently. The objective is to avoid overloading the recipient’s mailbox.

Automatically send emails to notify the progress of a work item

You can automatically notify the requester of a work item of the progress of his request by email.

Automatically send notification

You can directly alert your various users via the notification system. The recipient will then receive a notification directly in this environment. This notification will be visible on the bell icon. This method is recommended for transmitting information to users who regularly access HEFLO.

There are 2 methods to configure notifications.

Method 1: Create a notification to send personalized information.

The configuration of personalized notifications follows the same logic as that of the automatic sending of emails.

Attention: There are 2 differences concerning this configuration:

• You must select “notification” in the “connector” section.
• There is no option to send a “Carbon Copy”. This option is reserved for sending emails.

Notification template creation also follows the same logic as email templates.

Attention: There are 2 differences concerning this configuration:

• The formatting of the message is limited, the change of font, size, color and the creation of tables are not taken into account.
• It is not possible to add attachments.

Method 2: Create a standard notification to inform a user that a work item is under his responsibility.

The purpose is to notify a user that a work item is now his responsibility. This notification uses a standardized message.
