Artificial intelligence- Integrate knowledge bases

It is possible to integrate knowledge bases to search for information and generate documentation from the content of one of these knowledge bases.

Follow these steps to be able to perform this integration:

  1. Go to the Process Editor.
  2. Click on the “Visualization Mode” icon.
  3. Click on “Artificial Intelligence”.
  4. Go to the “Knowledge Base” tab. On this tab you will find all the knowledge bases integrated into your environment.
  5. Click the “+” to add a knowledge base.
  6. You must give it a name and explain its purpose. This information will allow the artificial intelligence to know when to use this knowledge base to answer a user’s question.
  7. You can choose whether or not to enable the “Enabled next load” option. This action allows users who have access to this screen to update the information contained in this knowledge base by updating the information received by HEFLO.
  8. You must choose the container for your knowledge base in the “Loader” field.
    1. PDF files: You must drag and drop or upload one or more PDF files that contain the information you want to embed.
    2. Websites: You must insert the address of the desired website with its “map” in the “Site map” field. This address must be written as follows: https://www.xxx.xxx/sitemap.xml This method makes it possible to reference all the pages contained in the website concerned. You can exclude one or more URLs contained in the “sitemap” of the website by including them in the “URL to exclude” field. You must put one URL per line. 3. URLS: You can integrate one or more URLs. You must put one URL per line. Important information: The URL option does not allow you to use the links contained in the selected URLs. If you want to use this information, then you must use the “Websites” loader or put the URLS you want one by one.
    4. Confluence: You can integrate documentation contained in your Confluence space. To do this, you must provide your API key, the URL of the desired documentation, the key of your space which contains this documentation and the name of your user. 9. Once the configuration is complete, click “Confirm”.

A line containing your integration information will then appear on the screen. You will find information concerning the effective date of this integration in the “Last load” column.

If you need to update the information contained in HEFLO with updates for your various loads, particularly for websites, URLs and Confluence, then click on the file icon to be able to update the data. You must have enabled the “Enable next load” option in the integration configuration to be able to perform this action.  You will find the effective date of this update in the “Last load” column.

Once setup is complete, you can then use the chat tool to search for information contained in these knowledge bases. To find out more: Search for information.

You can also generate documentation using this information. To find out more: Generate documentation.
