It is possible to use artificial intelligence to create a BPMN process.
You must follow these steps to use this feature:
- Go to the process editor and click “New diagram” or click the “+” at the top right of your screen and click “New Process”.
- Choose the “Create using Artificial Intelligence” option.
- You must choose the name of the process and you have the possibility to provide information about your organization and the objectives of your process. This information will help artificial intelligence generate a process that meets your needs.
- Click “Next”.
- You then have the possibility of generating documentation and attachments for the different elements of the process.
- You can select one of your integrated knowledge bases so that artificial intelligence can use its information to generate documentation. To find out more: Integrate knowledge bases.
- Once you have made your selection, click “Done”.
A few minutes later, your process will be modeled with the desired text documentation and attachments.
