Artificial intelligence – Create commands to execute work items

It is possible to create commands using artificial intelligence to improve the execution of work items.

Follow these steps to create a command:

  1. Go to the workspace and the task list.
  2. Enter edit mode by clicking the pencil icon at the top of the page.
  3. Hover over the task list and click the pencil icon that appears.
  4. Go to the “Commands” tab. You will find all the commands for your environment.
  5. Click the “+” icon to create one.
  6. Then put a name for this command in the “Label” field, and write its purpose as clearly as possible.

We will use the following command: “Fill the `Approve` field with the value `Yes` and advance the work items.”

  7. Click “Confirm” to validate the command and again to save this configuration.
  8. Return to viewing mode.
  9. Filter the task list and select all the desired tasks.
  10. Click on this icon at the top right of the task list.

In our example, you can then find a new button with the given name. When you click on it, HEFLO will then perform the requested action. In our example, by clicking on the command, the system will advance the selected work items to the next task.

You can also create prompts to configure process automation. To find out more: Create prompts for configuring process automation.
