HEFLO offers an academic program designed to help students master BPMN 2.0 notation.

The academic program is a partnership proposal between the HEFLO platform and your educational institution.

Through this program, we offer students free access to our BPM and modeling courses. In return, the educational institution agrees to help us promote the application to its students and other institutions.

All students whose email address is linked to the institution’s domain will be able to register instantly for our courses, without needing prior approval.

The institution must maintain a link to our website: www.heflo.com, on a page of its domain.

Anyone at the institution can initiate the registration process. If your institution is eligible for this program and you want to register it, then simply follow the steps below:

1. Click on the red envelope icon and click on: “Join the academic program”
   and click on “next”.
2. Provide the name of the institution.
   
   
   
3. Enter the email domain of the institution and click “next”.
   
   
4. Add the URL of the page containing the link to the HEFLO website.
   
   
   You can then test the URL to see if it contains the link to the HEFLO website.
   
   Then click “Done” to finalize the application.

Once the URL is saved, the registration process enters then the approval phase by the HEFLO team. Typically, the approval process takes up to 3 business days. If you do not receive a response within this time frame, you can contact us at the following email address: support@venki.global.
