  2. IMPROVEMENT<\/strong><\/span>: It has been\u00a0included the feature that allows you to create groups automatically when you create a department. It enables better management of members and tasks.<\/li>\n
  3. IMPROVEMENT<\/strong><\/span>: Creation of parameters within the email box, which helps you in the\u00a0case of email forwarding in communication with a black box pool process. So, response emails from the black box pool will be attached to the work item regardless of whether it has been advanced or finalized.<\/li>\n
  4. IMPROVEMENT<\/strong><\/span>: Inclusion of the field that informs the date in the files that were attached in the work items. This information is visible on the work item’s file tab.<\/li>\n
