- IMPROVED: New field “date forward” in work items list. Allows sort items based on the date of receipt of the item in the responsible users queue.
- IMPROVED: Include a link to the work item in e-mails. This link is available on the “include links” button of the communicated template editor.
- IMPROVED: New registration of departments with fields for definition of the manager and hierarchical levels. This registration is available in the “Department” menu within the “Workspace” option (main menu).
- IMPROVED: Creation of the type of paper by field for the recovery of people and their managers. This option is available in the dialog to create roles.
- IMPROVED: Creation of user groups and roles according to these groups.
– With this feature it is possible to forward work items to groups and users who can “assume” responsibility for the item.
– Creation is done by a command available on the 3-point icon located in the work item listing and will be visible to managers and admin user. - IMPROVED: Recovery of the sender in processes initiated in e-mail. This field is available in an e-mail setting button.
- IMPROVED: Reorganization of Resource and Subject parameters. The first becomes part of the link while the second is now an option in the field list of the work item.

- IMPROVED: Mention of users in the work item conversations tab. If the cited user does not read the comment within a certain interval then a notification email will be sent.
- IMPROVED: Include images in the process documentation. Already existed the possibility to include images from an external link and now we are allowing you upload images from your computer.
