It is possible to use the chat tool to search for information regarding your process documentation.
Follow these steps to be able to use this feature:
- Go to the documentation portal.
- Click the button at the bottom right with the question mark then click the brain icon, or click at the top right of your screen on the brain icon.
- Then ask your question to find the desired information regarding the documentation of your processes.
The artificial intelligence will then respond to you with the information you searched for.
For information, you can search for information regarding:
- Documentation of the different elements contained in your processes.
- The tasks contained in your processes.
- The different actors in your processes.
- Keywords contained in the documentation.
You can also ask the artificial intelligence to display documentation for a process.
In addition to this feature, if you stay on this page or go to your environment’s home page, you then have the possibility to ask questions in the chat tool regarding any of your knowledge bases integrated. Artificial intelligence will then be able to answer your questions and provide you with information wanted which is contained in this knowledge base.
