You can configure your process to prevent rolling back a task.
- Open the desired process in the process editor.
- Select the task whose rollback you want to prevent.
- Go to the “properties” tab and to the “execution” part.
- Enable the “Deny return to previous task” option.
From then on, when performing a work item of this process, the responsible of the relevant task will not be able to click “previous” to return to the previous task.
