It is possible to automatically update the subject of a work item with information defined in the process.
- Go to the process editor and choose the process concerned.
- Select the process pool and go to the “properties”.
- Write the desired subject in the element: “subject”. You can insert dynamic content. To do this put “:” then select the field you want. You can create a composition of fields.
Once configured, the work item subject will automatically update based on the information provided in the relevant field(s).
