You can set a maximum number of days for the password validity of users in your environment. The purpose of this feature is to force users who have access to your environment to reset their password according to a frequency defined by the administrators of the environment concerned.

1. Go to the menu and to the “Manage environment” section.
2. Go to the “Users and Authorization” section and to the “settings” tab.

    

3. Choose the number of days that will determine the validity period of the password.

    

4. Click on “save” to validate the determined period.

    

From then on, each user who has access to your environment must change their password the next time they log in and after each period determined by the administrators of the environment concerned.
