You can quickly access the last work item created, opened or edited thanks to a keyboard shortcut.

The goal is to allow you to find the information of the last work item viewed more quickly.

You need to press “ctrl+shift+left arrow” to be able to open the last viewed work item.

Depending on the page you are on, this action will open the work item on the same page or in a new tab.

For your information: If you are on the process editor, this action will open the last test work item of the process you are on.
